Meet your AI Marketing Team

Meet your AI Marketing Team

AI marketing, coordinated

Why one chatbot often falls short of your marketing needs

If you have tried a generic AI assistant, you may have seen the limits. It writes a decent post, then the next one drifts off brand. It often struggles to coordinate a calendar across your channels. It does not automatically know your voice or your facts. In practice, real marketing takes a department, not a single helper.

Hixel takes a different approach. Instead of one model that tries to do everything, you get an AI marketing team. Ten named specialists collaborate so your strategy, copy, images and analysis work as one. Work is grounded in your brand and your Brain, your per-app knowledge base, so outputs are guided by your settings and documents. Publishing stays under your control, with review and approval in the Marketing hub.

The idea, and the name: PRAXOS

We modelled a marketing department and gave it a name. PRAXOS is Hixel’s in-house brand for AI agentic teams. In your Hixel admin, you will see the PRAXOS Network, a home for all your AI teams. The Marketing team is one team within it.

Each agent has a clear role. They work from a shared Brain so they can write in your voice and reference facts from your Marketing Brain entries, including BrandDna and MarketResearch knowledge. The result is on-brand AI content that feels coherent, because it is produced by a coordinated set of AI marketing agents rather than a single chatbot.

Meet your PRAXOS Marketing team

Short, friendly intros for what each one does for you.

Athena, Chief Marketing Officer

Athena turns your business into a clear strategy. Give Athena your goals and audience, and you get a plan that sets objectives, themes and priorities the rest of the team follows.

Pythia, Market Researcher

Pythia is Hixel’s in-product Market Researcher agent. It compiles market and competitor summaries with links and notes for your review. Ask for a competitor scan or a trend check, then save relevant findings to the Brain so the team can use them to position your message.

Iris, Brand Strategist

Iris distils your Brand DNA. Voice, values, tone and palette are documented in the Brain to help assets read and look like your brand, not like a template.

Hermes, Campaign Planner

Hermes builds your content calendar. Pick channels and dates, and Hermes lays out posts, emails and articles across the month.

You get a clear schedule and an estimated AI usage cost to review before higher effort work is generated.

Calliope, Copywriter

Calliope writes the words. Posts, emails, headlines and summaries are tuned to each channel. Drafts are designed to draw on your Brand DNA and the Marketing Brain to align with your facts and voice.

Daedalus, Art Director

Daedalus creates the images to match your brand style. Thumbnails, post images and simple graphics come packaged with your copy for approval.

Solon, Thought Leadership

Solon writes opinion pieces and long form articles under your byline. You provide the point of view, Solon drafts in a tone that fits your brand.

Peitho, Outreach Specialist

Peitho writes hook first outreach emails. Short, clean and on message, ready for you to personalise and send. When using outreach, ensure your emails comply with applicable marketing and email laws, for example CAN-SPAM, CASL, and PECR or ePrivacy and GDPR where applicable, including identification and an opt out where required.

Argus, Analyst

Argus reads results. After you publish, Argus reports on performance with trends you can act on, so you can see patterns in your results.

Metis, Optimizer

Metis recommends the next move. Based on Argus’s findings, Metis suggests what to adjust in your calendar, copy and creative to help you refine your next campaign.

How to use them, step by step

You will work in the Marketing hub within the PRAXOS Network. Here is the day to day workflow most small and medium businesses follow.

1. Teach the Brain first

  • Open the Marketing hub.
  • Generate your strategy with Athena. Answer a few prompts about your goals, audience and offers. Save the plan.
  • Generate your Brand DNA with Iris. Confirm your voice, values and visual cues. Save to the Brain.
  • Upload key reference documents to Source Documents so the team writes from your facts. Only upload materials you have rights to share. Avoid personal or confidential data unless you have consent and a lawful basis. See Hixel Privacy Policy and Terms for details.
  • If you need context on your market, ask Pythia for a research summary and save relevant findings to the Brain.

What to expect: Once you complete this step, each agent reads from the same Brain. You will see your strategy and brand settings referenced in future drafts and calendars.

2. Plan a campaign with Hermes

  • Pick your channels and dates in the Campaign Planner.
  • Hermes proposes a calendar across your channels, for example LinkedIn, Instagram, your blog and email.
  • Optionally set a budget cap for AI usage. The system meters and displays usage to help you manage spend.
  • Review the cost estimate. Approve the plan before higher effort assets are generated.

What to expect: You get a clear timeline of content assets, a breakdown of the AI work involved and tools that help you manage spend. Estimates are provided to guide your decisions.

3. Review the drafts

  • Calliope and Daedalus generate copy and images for each scheduled item. Assets are generated for review, not auto published.
  • Open each asset. Review and request changes where tone or facts need adjusting. You can request revisions or regenerate the scheduled item.
  • The team revises based on your requests. For changes that should apply going forward, update the Brain so future assets reflect your brand and facts.

What to expect: You remain in control. You see every word and image. You can accept, edit or request changes before anything moves to publish.

4. Publish your approved assets

  • Approve each asset when you are happy.
  • Move items through the publish gate in the Marketing hub. Approved assets progress through Scheduled, Publishing and Live states on the timing you set.
  • Use the approved copy and images across your channels as planned.
  • When emailing or sending direct messages, ensure you meet relevant marketing and platform rules in your region, including consent where required, identification and an easy way to opt out.

What to expect: The approved assets are organised in the calendar view with clear status updates.

5. Learn, then optimise

  • After launch, Argus pulls performance into an easy report.
  • Metis reads the report and recommends next steps, such as shifting cadence, updating a headline or doubling down on a theme.
  • You can accept or tweak these suggestions, then plan the next calendar with Hermes.

What to expect: A simple feedback loop. You see what worked for your goals, then you decide what to change. The team adapts with you.

A quick example

You are launching a new service next month. Here is how a campaign might run.

  • Strategy and brand: Athena documents the goal, Iris updates the Brand DNA with a new value statement and service summary you documented in the Marketing Brain.
  • Plan: In the Campaign Planner, you choose two weeks of posts across LinkedIn and Instagram, one email announcement and one blog post. You set a budget for AI usage that fits your month. Hermes shows the calendar and a cost estimate. You approve.
  • Create: Calliope drafts the email, the blog post and short posts per channel. Daedalus designs matching images. You review everything, ask for one headline change and a different image crop. The team revises.
  • Publish: You approve. Assets move through the publish gate on the dates you set.
  • Learn: Argus reports that the email had strong opens and that Instagram performed best on the third post. Metis recommends adding a follow up post and updating the LinkedIn headline style. You accept the change for next week.

The technical bit, kept human

  • Model tiers selected to suit the task: Each agent uses an AI model tier, Utility, Standard, Premium or Authority, chosen per job to help balance speed, depth and cost.
  • Grounded in your brand and facts: Drafts and images are generated against your Brain, including BrandDna, MarketResearch and MarketingTeam knowledge. This helps keep tone consistent and details aligned with your documents. Visuals can follow your BrandDna palette and cues. As with any AI, review remains important.
  • Budget aware by design: You can set a budget cap for AI usage if you choose. The system meters usage and shows estimates so you can review and approve plans before higher effort work is generated. Actual usage and costs can vary.
  • Image rights and licensing: AI generated images are provided for your review. Use them in line with Hixel terms and your local laws. Avoid using third party trademarks, copyrighted works or identifiable people without permission.
  • Human in the loop: Publishing from the Marketing hub stays in your control. You review, approve and schedule.
  • Legal and compliance notes: Hixel provides tools for creating and managing marketing content. Hixel does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your content and campaigns comply with applicable laws, industry codes and platform policies in your location. For privacy and data handling information, see Hixel Privacy Policy and Terms.

This is multi agent marketing that feels like a real team, with controls that feel familiar.
